I have nearly two decades of experience in financial markets. I am a Managing Director with Cordiant Capital focused on private equity and debt investment in infrastructure and real assets, debt syndication, restructuring and advisory services.

 I previously was a partner at Merlin Partners LLP focused on private market financing and structuring in equity and debt.

 

I spent a decade at RBC Capital Markets, where I held senior roles in Investment Banking.  

 

At RBC Capital Markets I focused on energy/materials, agriculture, and industrial companies based in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

I gained broad experience in origination, M&A, debt and equity financings in public financial markets. In particular, bringing expertise in structuring complicated investment opportunities in emerging market economies.

 

I joined RBC Capital Markets from PWC, where I was a Manager in Corporate Finance. I hold a BCom (Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
